These classes are a place for you to let go of any inhibitions, release stress and express yourself, all while getting an incredible workout! This is a safe space to enjoy dance in a positive environment with like minded individuals. It’s an experience!

Dance Fitness Pro tips:
-class format is Lead Follow
-Remember that every class is your time! So be kind to yourself, take a breath, relax and enjoy moving your body!
- I recommend starting with the footwork and then add the arms as you get used to the choreography. There is a learning curve, so don’t ever worry, it gets easier the more classes you attend! 
-Each routine has a different degree of challenge and are all for your benefit! Some routines are easier and some may take a little more time to learn—And that’s ok!!! Your brain is also getting a workout too (muscle memory)!
*Victory: when we learn a new routine, it gives us a feeling of accomplishment and let’s face it, that feels awesome!

**Marissa Hilley Dance and Fitness offers Group Dance Fitness Classes as well as Private Dance Lessons. Dance Fitness classes consist of unique choreography based in hip hop, latin, rock and funk to great music that will get you hype!
•If you would like to fine tune your dance skills, or maybe get ready for an event, would like choreography for your wedding dance or have a small group that wants to learn how to dance-  you have the option to request private dance lessons! 
-With over 25 years of experience in dance instruction, performance and choreography, you may choose from a variety of dance genres to fit your needs: Ballroom, Latin, Hip Hop, Swing, Special Event Choreography and more!
